Compliments, encouragement, jokes, and kind words are always welcome.

Constructive criticism delivered respectfully helps others grow.

Poetry, stories, memes, and original content are celebrated.

Anonymous Sharing

Share thoughts and feelings anonymously — your privacy is protected.

What We Don't Allow

Harassment & Bullying

Messages intended to hurt, threaten, or intimidate — including repeated unwanted contact — are strictly prohibited.

Hate Speech

Content targeting individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability is not tolerated.

Sexual Content

Explicit sexual messages, solicitation, or any content involving minors are absolutely prohibited.

Violence & Threats

Threats of violence or self-harm will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

Spam, Scams & Bots

Promotional content, phishing, and financial scam attempts are prohibited. We also watch for automated behavior — bursts of messages, likes, or new accounts at a pace no real person sends — not just what a message says.

Privacy Violations

Sharing others' personal information without consent is not allowed.

Misinformation

Deliberately spreading false or misleading information violates our policy.

Illegal Content

Content related to illegal activities is not permitted under any circumstances.

Enforcement & Consequences

  • Warning: First-time minor violations receive a warning.
  • Content Removal: Violating content is removed immediately.
  • Account Suspension: Repeated violations result in temporary suspension.
  • Permanent Ban: Serious or repeated violations result in permanent termination.
  • Legal Action: Severe violations may be reported to law enforcement.

Reporting Violations

If you see content that violates these guidelines, report it immediately:

  • Use the "Report" button on any message, reel, comment, card, or profile.
  • Email abuse@nolies.xyz with the message ID and reason.
  • Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.

Appeal Process

  1. Email support@nolies.xyz with your appeal.
  2. Include the message ID or account details.
  3. Explain why you believe the action was incorrect.
  4. Our team will review within 48 hours and respond with a decision.

Special Protections

Minors — CSAE reporting

Nolies is for adults 18 and older only. Any content sexualizing, targeting, or endangering a minor is treated with the utmost severity: the account and every device associated with it are banned immediately, evidence is preserved (never deleted) for law enforcement, and we report child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via their CyberTipline, as required by law, in addition to removing the content. If you encounter anything that may involve a minor being sexualized, endangered, or exploited, report it immediately using the in-app "Report" button (marked highest priority in our review queue) or email safety@nolies.xyz — do not attempt to investigate or engage with the account yourself.

Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these guidelines as our community evolves. Significant changes will be communicated with 30 days' notice before enforcement.
