Copyright Policy
All platform content — text, graphics, logos, audio clips, and video clips — is the property of Nolies or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright law.
Your Rights
- You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or display content without permission.
- You may not modify, translate, or create derivative works.
- You may not use content for commercial purposes.
User-Generated Content
When you submit content (messages, cards, reels), you retain ownership. By submitting, you grant Nolies a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content for platform operations and improvements.
- You warrant you own or have permission to use all submitted content.
- You will not submit content that infringes third-party rights.
- You agree to indemnify Nolies against any copyright-infringement claims.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, submit a DMCA takedown notice to our Copyright Agent:
Required Information
- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- Description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- Description of the infringing material and its URL on Nolies.
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorised.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Confirmation that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Counter-Notification
If you believe content was wrongly removed, submit a counter-notice to copyright@nolies.xyz including:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- Identification of the removed material and its prior location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was erroneous.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Nolies terminates accounts of users who repeatedly submit infringing content. Repeat infringers will be permanently banned.
Processing Timeline
- Acknowledgement: Within 24 hours of receipt.
- Content removal: Within 24–48 hours.
- User notification: Within 24 hours of removal.
- Counter-notice review: Within 10 business days.
Fair Use
Nothing in this policy prevents fair use of copyrighted material as permitted by law — including criticism, commentary, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research.

Nolies and the Nolies logo are trademarks of Nolies Inc. and may not be used without written permission. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
